Due to the growing demand for our innovative and intelligent solutions, we are looking for a Product Specialist for our Product Management team in Heat/Cooling.

With direct responsibility to our Head of Product Management, you will become a part of a dynamic team consisting of 16 colleagues where you, and two other data communication specialists, will be a part of our Product Management team. The tone of the department is informal, but can at times be rather formal, for example during standardization meetings in Germany. Together, we work towards creating a better customer experience and making sure that we continuously are one step ahead of our nearest competitors.

In the role as Product Specialist, your main responsibility will be the specification of new products within remote reading of consumption meters.

More specifically, your tasks will be:

• Specification of new products and product adaptions based on information from the market and own sources
• Representing Kamstrup in relevant European standardization groups
• Close cooperations with project managers and developers in product development groups as well as with other product specialists and product managers
• Product documentation including technical abstractJV_descriptions, data sheets, installation guides, power point presentations and articles
• Supporting salespeople and distributors with solutions within meter reading
• Participating in sales visits/meetings with clients
• Preparing and executing product courses internally and for clients and distributors

You must expect 20-30 travel days a year.

Personality matters
In the job as Product Specialist, you will have the opportunity to establish many contacts. Internally, you will primarily work with the sales and technology departments, while you cooperate with other European specialists and competitors during standardization meetings. Therefore, it is crucial that you as a person are able to create relations and generate effectiveness through a serious approach to your tasks. In addition, you must be good at personal communication on all levels by which you can build a bridge between clients and developers.

You have a professional background as an electronics engineer or similar and preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience from similar positions.

It is a requirement that you speak and write German and English fluently. If you in addition speak Danish, this will be seen as an advantage in the job.
