Do you have good technical insight and solid business acumen? And are you able to analyse global market needs and competitor trends and use that know-how to identify new product opportunities and develop product strategies as well as get them prioritised in the organisation? Then we have just the job for you. You will be part of the Product Management team in Electronic Controller & Services line of business in Danfoss’ Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) division in an environment where technical know-how is crucial. You will be managing a product portfolio with unique features and a high market potential. Secure optimum product portfolio You will become part of the product management team where your main focus will be to secure a great performing product portfolio by optimising time to market on new products and ensure a profitable product portfolio. As such you manage the full life cycle of the product from business idea over launch to phase out. You identify and map customer and market requirements for current and future products and develop, implement and drive product road maps. You will be responsible for the important pack controller portfolio as well as for all third party products in the portfolio. For third party product you will also drive the integration of the product to the portfolio. You will have product management colleagues on three continents and work closely together with the sales organisation, external stakeholders and product development in order to create best-in-class products. Key tasks are to: •Collect and evaluate customer needs and insights into product and solution specifications •Identify and define relevant markets and target customer in alignment with the overall RAC strategies •Define crisp and clear value proposition for the products •Own and drive the full life cycle of the product This could be your opportunity to join a great team in a dynamic market and become a key player in an international and innovative environment.
