Vestas Offshore A/S has industry-leading experience in all aspects of offshore project management, from supply-only contracts to full-scale engineering, procurement and construction, and we provide service and maintenance solutions suited to meet the requirements of our customers. Responsibilities and tasks: Referring to the Sales Director, you will be involved in the tender and negotiation phase for large offshore wind projects primarily for the V164-8.0MW turbine. You main responsibility would be to support the tender/negotiation team by carry out pricing calculations for turbines and the service of the turbines. Common for both the tender and negotiation phase is that you will: Calculate prices for Vestas scope of an offshore wind farm based on customer requirements Prepare cost of energy, internal rate of return, net present value and cash flow calculations Prepare costs analysis of the various parts of the scope for an offshore wind farm Carry out various benchmark and “what if” analysis Drive the further development of the models and instruments used in the process of preparing prices Engage with relevant stakeholders internally in order to have your calculations and assumptions verified Present the pricing recommendations and assumptions behind at internal review meetings to management Qualifications and work experience: The ideal candidate is highly numerate, analytical and possesses excellent communications skills and could preferably have a Master’s of Science in finance or mathematic as theoretical background or similar type of education. You have excellent English skills and you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office tools especially Power Point and Excel and possibly Visual Basic. Experience with pricing of large scale power plant or complex projects is an advantage.
