Do you have experience with SAP HR or other HR IT solutions? Do you want to make a visible difference securing that our IT-systems are efficient and supports the HR-process in the best way? At Vestas we are looking for a HR IT profile to support our HR IT Platform. People & Culture, HR IT & Continuous Improvement HR IT & Continuous Improvement team is a well-established department in Vestas’ HR organisation. The mission for the team is to continuously improve HR operations through standardisation, process simplification and best practices supported from user perspective simple and intuitive HR IT solutions within our decided platforms. The team, currently, consists of 6 experienced HR professionals with different competence areas. Vestas is over the coming years implementing SuccessFactors as our HR IT platform replacing SAP HR. We are therefore in search for two new colleagues to the HR IT & Continuous Improvement team supporting both our current systems and supporting the SuccessFactors modules as they are being implemented. Our HR IT team is placed in our HR organisation interfacing between our HR stakeholders and Global IT. Global IT holds the responsibility for the applications and the technical support. Responsibilities Our HR IT team is today consisting of two experienced HR IT specialists who will play a vital role in the SuccessFactors project. Your primarily role will be to: Support our existing systems HR IT platforms SAP HR, Taleo and SharePoint etc. by daily support, creating and documenting Change Requests, follows Incidents to solution, test of solutions, release / upgrades etc. Gradually be introduced to the implemented SuccessFactors modules and support these Potentially participate in parts of the SuccessFactors project workshops and roll out Qualifications You hold either a degree in IT or Business Administration at relevant level. Your background could be both in HR, IT or as a project consultant in the consultancy business. Most importantly, you have hands on experience with HR-processes and have high level of understanding of HR IT systems. You may have earned your experience through having maintained IT systems or been part of project team implementing HR IT applications. Competencies To be successful in the position you are expected to be an experienced user in or supporter of HR IT solutions, preferably SAP HR but also experience with cloud solutions such as SuccessFactors, Oracle fusion (Taleo) or similar will be an advantage. You have a natural understanding of how the applications are build and maintained in order for you to be able to bridge between users and IT. Experience in HR IT applications e.g. SAP HR and cloud solutions Diligent in your work and has an eye for the detail Abiliity to understand implications of even small changes across the system Ability to translate business needs to IT requirements Good skills in documenting system Persistent and follows activities through to the end Collaborative and engaging stakeholders with a service minded approach Good communication and change management skills Good English skills written as well as verbal What we offer You will have a seat centrally in the HR organisation with room for impacting your daily work as well as the HR organisation.
