We are looking for a new piping lead engineer in order to strengthen our interdisciplinary coordination. The piping lead engineer will mainly be engaged in the basic and detailed design phases of large projects for the pharma and biotech industries, both in Denmark and internationally. Most of our projects are executed using the latest technologies in 3D CAD tools. Your job You will work as a piping lead engineer with responsibility for the 3D design and disciplinary & interdisciplinary coordination, in all project phases from the first layout investigations through design to execution and handover to the customer. You will lead a piping group of 3-5 people during detail design. You will furthermore have responsibility for piping tender material & follow up on piping contractors. Furthermore, the position offers you opportunities for personal and professional development. Your qualifications You are a mechanical engineer, machine technician or similar. You have at least 5 years of experience in design and engineering within the biotechnological, pharmaceutical or oil & gas sector. Experience in use of 3D design tools and interdisciplinary coordination in a project environment will be weighted highly. You are creative, interested in interdisciplinary work, like to solve problems and have good interpersonal skills.
