ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is looking for an experienced Non-Conformance & Improvement Manager for our location in Esbjerg. Reporting to our Director of Global Quality you will be responsible for root cause analyses and preventive actions for all non-conformity reports (NCRs). In addition you will also be responsible for the overall controlling, management and follow-up on NCRs in the Andritz Feed & Biofuel Technologies business area on a global level. Key responsibility: •Root cause analyses, preventive actions and closing the NCRs. •Maintaining the list of NCRs used to present and follow-up on the progress of on-going claims to vendors, claims from customers, internal claims etc. •Conducting NCR follow-up with NCR project managers, finance and other stakeholders. •Reviewing NCR projects to ensure progress and barrier removal. •Facilitating improvement meetings on a regular basis. •Secure that department managers anchor improvements and lessons learned into relevant places. •Improving quality and process resulting in warranty cost avoidance. •Reporting cost of NCR for the business area (KPI) •Developing and maintaining tools for handling the NCR and improvement projects. Qualifications: You have a strong track record from a similar position or from an engineering department as mechanical engineer combined with a strong interest in business improvements. Ideally you have an education as Bachelor or Master in Engineering, either Mechanical Engineering or Quality Engineering, and at least 5 years of experience after graduation. In addition you have: •Very good English communication skills, verbally and in writing •The ability to work across organization boundaries inside and outside the company •An understanding on how to build trust through stakeholder management, high standards and a professional way of working •Ability to combine direct communication with flexible and pragmatic behaviour in order to find best solutions •Experience in using SAP As an individual you are independent and proactive.
