Vestas Master Data Analyst, Aarhus, DK Global Sourcing’s Master Data department is part of the Business Development and Analytics area in Global Sourcing. The Master Data team is supporting the line organization with the foundation for decision making across the sourcing domain. Being part of many cross functional projects and having interfaces to numerous stakeholders in Vestas, we are a department full of energy and always going the extra mile for each other, so being a team player is key. Striving for continuous improvements by challenging the current state, optimizing process and utilizing the capabilities is a constant topic on the master data department’s agenda. You will be working closely with the sourcing organization in Vestas and thereby ensuring the value of high quality master data is transformed into actions and results. Responsibilities: As the Master Data Analyst you will be responsible for: Maintenance of Vestas Wind Systems’ sourcing related master data including Material Master, Price Maintenance and Vendor Master. Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of information related to Master Data in the SAP system, and subsequently in Infor XA. Coordination between the business and the offshoring back office function which is responsible for performing master data changes in the systems. Conducting analysis of big data sets and derive factbased recommendations. Driving improvements in the master data area to secure a high quality standards. Securing high customer satisfaction from end users. Having this key role in the Global Sourcing, you are expected to be constantly striving for the final result, and leading and driving efficient implementation and execution through strong personal influencing skills. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Business Administration or equivalent. Experienced SAP user (SAP MM & FI), preferably within Info Record Management and MDM. Strong user of SAP BI and qualified to create simple reports. Good understanding of business process improvements. Experience with offshoring business processes & interact with offsite resources. Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office and are an advanced user of Excel. Fluent in English both written and orally. Good interpersonal cooperation skills and a customer minded attitude. High attention to details and quality-conscious. Experience in similar position in an international company. Experience with MS SQL Server & MS SharePoint.
