We Offer The HR Department of Maersk Drilling is seeking a strong HR professional who is driven by the opportunity to provide operational HR support and advice to leaders and our offshore organization in order to support our accelerated growth strategy. By joining us you will become part of a large HR function and a team of engaged colleagues working in a fast paced and fun office environment. As a Manning Specialist, you will be responsible for driving offshore manning for one of our three Assets, which includes cooperation with our offshore leaders and location rig teams, which are placed all over the world. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Assist locations with day-to-day shift planning requirements • Assist rig management in finding suitable candidates for temporary as well as temp-to- perm cover through the use of Relief Pool employees, agencies, etc. • Liaise with recruitment agencies; screen agency CVs and certificates to ensure compliance • Ensure rig management and local HR are supported and guided in terms of HR processes • Manage leave, incl. sickness absence, paternity leave, etc. • Ensure data quality is in order • Be part of the duty phone roster Who we are looking for We imagine that you have 2-3 years of working experience, preferably 1 year in an HR function. You have a solid understanding of work processes and you have excellent time management skills. You are self-driven and thrive in a fast paced environment. You are ambitious and goal-oriented and recognize that your success is based on combined team efforts. You enjoy an energetic atmosphere and you are a good communicator with great business acumen. Furthermore, we are looking for a person who is result oriented and who is motivated by making complex decisions and working under pressure.
