About the department In Scientific Affairs Haemophilia our mission is to improve the quality and efficiency of haemophilia clinical trials and establish Novo Nordisk as the preferred partner for haemophilia clinical research. We are responsible for the GHN Portal, an electronic tool facilitating electronic document handling, and we conduct clinical trial training of study nurses and investigators to improve overall trial conduct understanding as well as facilitate networking with the purpose of exchanging knowledge between Novo Nordisk and site staff. We are also responsible for maintaining the haemophilia intraweb. We are a team of 8 engaged employees. Your workplace will be based in Søborg. The job As part of the GHN Support Team, you will contribute to changing the way we work with clinical trial documentation in haemophilia trials in Novo Nordisk. The GHN Portal is a relatively new system, and our processes and decisions are, among others, a direct product of the combined efforts of the agile GHN Portal support team, which also acts as project team for further technical and process-related development of the system. In the role as GHN Portal Process and Support Coordinator, you will be working in close collaboration with the rest of the GHN Portal Support team, consisting of an IT Manager & Webmaster, an IT Business Analyst, a Communication and Training Coordinator and an IT student help. Your main responsibilities will be to support our internal and external users in their daily use of the system, with special focus on compliance and process-related questions involving electronic exchange of clinical trial documentation. You will be responsible for general portal and user administration, conduct of training and presentations for internal and external users on how to use the system, maintain and update system-related SOPs and other relevant system compliance documents, as well as following up with changes in regulatory requirements. Developemnt and maintenance of guidelines and other support material as well as involvement in further development and validation of the GHN Portal system and related processes will also be part of your job. Qualifications You hold a bachelor or master degree within IT, communication or equivalent. Preferably you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry or related area understanding the concept of working with electronic communication and document exchange. Knowledge and experience with clinical trial conduct and GCP in particular would be highly beneficial. You possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and you are fluent in written and spoken English. As a person you are pro-active, outgoing, structured and solution-oriented, and you are able to stay focused in a complex and fast changing environment.
