Do you want to help us support key administrative activities? Join us and become our new Management Assistant in Project Execution which is responsible for the execution of offshore wind farm projects within DONG Energy Wind Power, from pre-final investment decision to project-handover to Operations. The department is part of Wind Power which has 1400 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world’s largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Europe. You will be based at our Danish office in Skærbæk near Fredericia on local terms and conditions. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As Management Assistant in Project Execution, your primary work tasks will be to support our department with forecasting processes, continuously maintain resource overviews and manage and execute internal projects within process optimisation and administrative tasks. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •support the HR processes throughout the year •help ensure that the department processes and procedures comply with corporate standards •plan and organise seminars, conferences and venues •coordinate and plan meetings, prepare agendas, minutes of meetings and documents •provide administrative support to the management team and other senior executives in the department. Your profile Preferably, you have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, for instance business administration or similar. You have experience with administration, documentation or finance or experience from a similar position in an international company. You must be a proficient MS Office user and preferably also SAP. As we operate in an international environment, you must speak and write English fluently. To succeed in this role you must be driven, motivated and structured as well as be service- and open-minded. You must possess good analytical skills and have a proactive approach combined with the ability to interact with colleagues and other stakeholders at all organisational levels. You have an extrovert personality and are able to establish good relationships with your colleagues and other business partners.
