The Danfoss Postgraduate Program is a talent development program offered to a limited number of high potential graduates with the ambition, global mindset and intellectual strength to impact positively on Danfoss’ future goals. In the Program, you will have a unique opportunity to: •Apply and further develop your capabilities within your professional field. •Be involved in driving sales and marketing projects such as product launch and sales activation campaigns. •Participate in projects that actively push customer relations and drive customer loyalty and sales. A two-year program tailored to you The Danfoss Postgraduate Program is a two-year program which gives you the opportunity to play a vital part in four different projects, each of six months’ duration. At least one of these projects will be completed outside your home country. The first project will be ready and waiting for you from day one. You then select the subsequent projects together with your mentor, based on your profile and learning needs. In each project, the project owner provides coaching and guidance on a daily basis. A commercial master’s degree with convincing results To be selected for the program it is crucial that you: •Are in the top of your class and hold a master’s degree in marketing, strategy, business economics, engineering or other related fields. •Have a great interest in B2B and B2C marketing, business strategy and market analysis, and you are eager to apply your skills and knowledge in a practical context. •Possess excellent English skills and that you are mobile and willing to travel frequently. •Are ambitious and have the will to win, and that you thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic world. •Can navigate in a global context and as such understand and work across cultural differences. •Are a team player who can listen and learn and who are ready to work at all levels of the organization. You have to be able to start in the program on 1 September 2015 at one of our locations in Denmark.
