People and project management within development of new products Your job is divided into two roles: People management and project management. As such, your success will depend on your ability to “walk the talk” while you guide, coach, motivate and inspire your team of 6 Tool/Equipment Designers and Graphical Specialists. In overview, your primary tasks will be: Coaching, development and motivation of your team Project management to deliver and implement innovative tools and equipment as well as graphic solutions within global projects related to new products Contribution to ongoing optimisation of our processes, systems and methods Handling intensive stakeholder management, cross-organisationally and internationally Ensuring customer and consumer focus Creativity and logical thinking Apply your ability to think both logically and creatively to everything you do. Motivating people manager and result focused project manager You must bring process understanding, and if you do not have experience as people manager, you are highly motivated by becoming one.
