The Technology Development department is part of Global Technology & Standards department in SCM Nacelle Siemens Wind Power located at our head quarter in Brande. Our vision is to “Deliver as Promised”, through intensive focus on establishing manufacturing capacity that suits customer demands, product specification and design for manufacturing. Whether it is regarding a Tech Transfer or a New Product Introduction, our main goal is to support the Regions to grow a profitable business through regional driven manufacturing excellence. We provide production technology development, implementation and alignment within the areas of: · New Product Introduction & upgrades · New Plant introduction & capacity transfer Thereby we create the foundation for Siemens Wind Power being Best (at) Wind. In order to support global projects mainly new plant introduction and Technology Transfer we are now looking for talents. What are my responsibilities? · Participating and Supporting global projects in Technology & Standard with logistic knowledge and expertise (e.g. material operation, logistic concepts, technology transfer, warehouse layout) in cooperation with our internal customers as project member. · Cross-functional alignment with relevant Siemens Wind Power functions, guidelines and regulations. · Documenting new business processes and maintaining existing business processes. · Logistic support to all plants in Siemens Wind Power (current plants in Denmark, China and US). · Supporting logistic setup for new products and new plants. · Supporting implementation of Siemens Programs e.g. Zero Harm and Cost Out. What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have a bachelor or master degree and experience within Logistics and Project Management. · As a person, you are outgoing and proactive with strong coordination skills and are capable of creating and keeping an overview of complex projects/tasks. · Besides, you are a dedicated team player thriving in an intercultural environment and have good communication skills in English both orally and in writing. · Furthermore, you are familiar with Microsoft Office programs and SAP. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
