We are looking for a publishing coordinator with great English skills and a sense for good written communication. Support our Publishing Licensees in producing LEGO® Publishing Products This is an opportunity to work with some of the world´s top children´s publishing houses approving and publishing LEGO books that inspire children to read and get further engaged into LEGO Playthemes. You will be based at our HQ in Billund and join the LEGO Licensing Approval team with 4 other approvers. Here, you support the Licensing Manager in approving the content for print materials such as LEGO Books and related marketing material. This includes: Proof reading publishing products drafts to ensure they adhere to the LEGO Style Guides and are in line with LEGO Requirements on content/story line in collaboration with the responsible editor Daily contact with our Licensing Partners which are well-known international Publishing houses Acting as the interface between our Licensing Partners and various LEGO Stakeholders Assisting in the publishing development process by e.g. maintaining the overview of content requests Supporting the Licensing Manager by keeping overview of portfolio plans, contract deliverables, trademark protection, etc Help us achieve our mission of inspiring children At the LEGO Group, we are all about a sense of adventure and what you can achieve if you really put your heart and soul into it. To do so, your work experience should include the following: Have a solid track record in a co-ordinating function possibly from a publishing house, as a PA, Secretary, assistant or similar, giving you the ability to multitask and a mature approach to structuring your work day Have some project management skills and a flair for good written communication and copywriting, perhaps gained by being a keen reader of (English) books Have native speaker level skills in English (as master versions of publishing products are in English) Are able to keep a cool head in a busy work environment by handling and prioritising many tasks simultaneously Provide some flexibility in terms of working hours, as our global licensing partners are based in multiple time zones Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
