Design of product software and dissemination of information Your mission will be to specify, develop and implement product software focusing on customer applications, synergy between product platforms, quality and reducing time to market. You will be responsible for ensuring the product quality of both software and hardware through structured methods and tools. As a Lead Software Development Engineer you will be responsible for managing and coordinating software and hardware development activities with stakeholders – both internal and external – and securing that development projects meet the deadlines. Furthermore, your tasks will be: •Support maintenance of software during product launch •Documentation, revision control and quality assurance •Release management •Participate in product development teams •Programming in C/C++ •Testing and verifying new products Requirement capturing using standard modeling languages like UML Solid experience with embedded software and strong cooperation skills You either hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in software, computer or electronic engineering or you are a software programmer with extensive practical experience within embedded systems engineering and development of software architecture You are experienced within embedded software development from specification to release including software lifecycle management. Experience with OOP languages and principles is a plus. Furthermore, you have documented experience coordinating with external partners or handling offshoring. You possess strong cooperation skills and have a structured and analytical approach to your work.
