Join Business Relationship Management You will become part of Corporate IT Operations - Business Relationship Management. We serve as the strategic link between Corporate IT and areas within Operations, which consist of multiple functions; Value Chain Innovation, Supply Chain Planning & Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering. You will be based in Billund where you will help ensure that IT brings value to the LEGO Group IT. As Junior Business Relationship Manager, you bring value to the business and support the execution of the LEGO Group's strategy by providing solid IT solutions matured in the early phases of the project lifecycle. In doing so, you will get a unique opportunity to launch your career as you will get great business insight as well as a strong network across the organisation. Create business cases and advise stakeholders Strong business relations management includes portfolio planning where you take part in planning and leading this task. You guard the IT principles within the Operations area. This entails creating business cases in close cooperation with stakeholders as well as helping shape business unit initiatives and project briefs based on input from the business. You establish yourself as a trusted advisor to a broad stakeholder network throughout Operations, and you proactively work to further develop Business Relationship Management in collaboration with department management and team colleagues. In addition to your contribution in relations management, you will also be assigned as leadership assistant to Corporate IT Operations leadership team. Primary tasks will be management support and sparring, leadership communication, ad hoc analysis and leadership team development. Hence high level of trust is a must. IT and Business savvy with good analytical, communication and networking skills - You could be a recent graduate with a degree in IT, Engineering, Business administration or similar. - Maybe you even have some LEGO Experience and you are willing to travel for up to 20 days per year. - Your English is at a very high level both written and spoken. - Experienced used of Excel, Sharepoint, visual communication tools, etc a plus As a person, you are structured, proactive and self driven. With your excellent communication skills and understanding of both IT and business issues, you are able to serve as the vital link between the two, thereby continuously improving our performance.
