Would you like to take up the challenges of working with all technical aspect of operating the largest offshore windfarms in the world? Join us and become Project Lead in Asset Integrity a part of Technical Integrity Management in Operations where you will be responsible for coordinating technical issues, securing progress and constantly optimising the department’s interaction with suppliers and partners. The issues will relate to operating assets, such as wind turbines, array cables, substations, etc. Technical Integrity Management has 35 dedicated employees. The department is part of Wind Power, which has 1,800 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world's largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect to travel 20-40 days per year to our locations in Denmark and abroad. Your key duties will be to Coordinate technical issues across our department and secure progress. Interface with WTG suppliers' service organisations, securing the progress of technical matters with a constant focus on optimised operation. Be responsible for technical reporting to management and partners, communicating the status and progress of all technical asset integrity issues Define, implement and execute processes in your area, ensuring compliance with DONG Energy's ISO certification. Your qualifications and core competences include that you Have a technical background, possibly as a mechanical or electrical engineer or similar. Have solid theoretical and practical knowledge of wind turbine assets or recent graduate in engineering or from 5-10 years of relevant working experience Have a very structured and analytical approach to your work and are able to understand technically complex issues. Have experience with presenting complex technical issues in a clear and professional manner Have good communication skills and are able to speak and write English fluently. It will be an advantage if you speak and write Danish as well You are driven by cooperation, are structured and well-organised with a constant focus on results. You play a central role in the department and for the wind turbine manufacturers, ensuring that cooperation runs smoothly and keeping a constant focus on technical issues. At the same time, you will support our technical interface towards our partners in order to deliver high-quality technical information. It is natural for you to build and use your network constructively since you will be relying on this in your work. Furthermore, you are able to see the bigger picture and based on this organise and prioritise your tasks and set the agenda. These priorities will often affect your colleagues' tasks as well and it is therefore important that you understand the overall direction for our department. You will be involved or informed about most technical issues that offshore industry is facing.
