Are you ready to bring our people data to life?

Our People Analytics team is looking for a junior business analyst who wants to dive into all aspects of reporting and strategic HR analytics and gain unique insights into one of the biggest creative companies in the world.

The position is a fixed term contract until March 2020.

Deliver valuable insights informing strategic HR decision making worldwide

As part of HR Insight, you will join a team of 5 dedicated colleagues to deliver important insights on all aspects of workforce performance and trends throughout the LEGO Group. Collaborating closely with your team and the local HR teams, you will get familiar with many aspects of people analytics and reporting as you:

• Support the analyses of our internal people data to provide local HR teams and management with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions on HR issues

• Assist the monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports to internal and external stakeholders

• Ad hoc reporting

• Prepare presentations of findings and recommendations

You will be based at our HQ in Billund, and no matter where you live, there is a good chance that you can join a carpool to take you here.

Analytical talent with solid communication skills

Moreover, you:

• Hold a bachelor in business, finance, accounting, supply chain, statistics, mathematics or similar

• Have excellent analytical skills - you should be comfortable with working on large data volumes and interested in delivering valuable insights and recommendations based on your findings

• Know your way around MS Excel and MS PowerPoint - if you are not already a superuser, we will make you into one, just be open for learning

• Have excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in English in both speech and writing

• Are motivated to work in a global environment and collaborate across cultures and nationalities
