This role is suited for you, if you are skilled in building IT/system capabilities and want to influence and leave your fingerprint on the future of our Market Operations in the EMEA region. Being an essential and ambitious part of the region, we have a constant drive for growth and improvements. Be a go-to IT tool specialist Joining the EMEA Project and Capabilities team, you will function as a go-to person on IT related development in the EMEA Market Operation area. This will be on both continuous improvement and strategic, long-term projects, regionally as well as globally. The team itself links into a market structure in EMEA, 8 market areas that are your business partners/customers, but IT capabilities are anchored in the team. Thus, you will be translating business needs into an IT/system platform that secures an agile and consumer driven platform. Essentially, you will: - Be the EMEA Market Operations representative in BU, Regional or Global IT/system related projects/initiatives - Own (create and maintain) Market Operations Capability share point sites - Drive the continuous improvement and development of the EDI ordering concept - Bring forward and prioritize continuous improvements to the IT platform from the Order Management/Customer Service area/network - Support development of people´s system/tool capabilities. Your qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience working with the Market Operation area and customer related topics in the FMCG industry - 1-3 years of experience working with IT/system improvements & implementations. - A master´s degree within a business or IT related field - or a field that combines both, as well as project management certification - Flexibility to travel approximately 20 days a year - SAP experience.
