What you’ll be doing

You’ll become a part of our IT Operations team and will work closely with experienced and skilled colleagues with different areas of responsibility. We’re looking for a candidate that is self-driven, can work independent and has a structured approach to tasks and who wants to work in a fast-paced global company that’s working to make the web a better place for all.

We work with a broad range of systems and technologies, but we expect you to be familiar -and work with following areas:

  • Amazon AWS
  • Office 365 Administration
  • Virtualization – Vmware
  • Back-up systems (Veeam)
  • Active Directory (and services like DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, ADFS etc.)

Furthermore, you’ll be involved in:

  • Participation in related IT projects
  • Support our internal IT ServiceDesk with 2nd level support tasks.
  • As you’ll be communicating with internal users, you must be fluent in speaking and writing English.

As Siteimprove is a fast-growing SaaS company you’ll be a part of an OPS team whose responsibility is also to make sure that our Infrastructure grows with the business, and you’ll touch base with a lot of new technologies and stay updated on the latest trends.
