About the department You get the opportunity to join an international and high performing team working for the continued success of Novo Nordisk’s biggest products. We work on developing strategies and tactics in close collaboration with our colleagues in different functions and other global marketing brand teams, while supporting the implementation of tactics in our regions. The job You will work together with global product managers on projects including (but not limited to) development of brand story flows, cycle meetings’ content, digital marketing initiatives, performance follow-up tools, detail aids and other promotional materials. You will do literature searches and read clinical publications. Furthermore, you will be expected to demonstrate understanding of clinical data and how to make use of it in promotional activities. Qualifications We are looking for an intern who is passionate about making a difference for our patients. You are fluent in both oral and written English, are currently studying on your master’s degree in marketing, business, economy, pharmacy, engineering or another relevant field. General knowledge of marketing and quantitative skills will be preferred. We expect candidates to have strong personal drive and dedication, desire to take initiative, thrive in a busy environment, bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Ability to manage large volume of projects (with supervision), sound personal judgment and excellent communication skills are required. Finally, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning. Practicalities Qualification: Students currently continuing their education in Denmark, in their first or second year of their master studies Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 6 months.
