For our Planning and Reporting team within the Technology (TE) organization we are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Internal Project Manager. The Planning and Reporting team is responsible of providing the TE organization with the best possible planning and portfolio solutions to enable “Deliver as Promised” to our customers. The team is driving all Planning and Portfolio improvement activities across TE organization, with focus on method deployment, training and progress monitoring. You will be working closely together with the top management in TE. What are my responsibilities? · Promote a culture of portfolio and project management excellence across TE organization · Report progress of active projects across technology-, module and turbine portfolio · Assist and further mature development of tools for visualization of the TE Project Portfolio · Support further implementation and development of applied portfolio processes in TE (e.g. maturing and ensuring correct application of Siemens Product Development Process Project Governance) · Cover all tasks and responsibilities related to portfolio reporting, maintenance and development of Clarity (all Clarity activities) · Preparation and facilitation of Portfolio and Steering Committee Meetings · Contribute to cooperation with internal customers as well as internal and external IT suppliers · Ensure timely and high-quality preparation and facilitation of Platform Steering Committee Meeting, supporting with consolidating of the material · Ad-hoc tasks What do I need to qualify for this job? · You have an educational background within Business Engineering with a technical mindset, Engineering or equivalent either as Master or Bachelor · You have project management skills and minimum 3 years of work experience in different areas of project business · You are outgoing and proactive and possess the ability to work both independently and in teams · You have an analytical mindset and a very structured way of working · You have a high drive and excellent coordination abilities · You thrive in a dynamic and multicultural organization with a focus on performance · You possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
