Are you passionate about change communication and internal engagement in a global context?
The purpose of this role is to build internal engagement around our Brand storytelling and to ensure timely, engaging and effective communication about key strategic projects.It’s a role with a lot of variety and the potential to make a real difference in putting strategy into action and build pride in the Brand. The Associate Manager will help create and execute global communication campaigns that will engage, inspire and excite:
• Employees: build awareness, excitement & pride amongst employees around Global Brand campaigns & create a drum-beat of news for our internal channels.
• Employees: build understanding and change readiness through timely and engaging communication about global strategic projects.
• Leaders: equip leaders globally with materials / content to allow them to effectively communicate about key strategic projects.
Furthermore, you have experience in content creation across all channels, bring new ideas to the table & know how to communicate effectively across cultures.
• Outstanding communication capabilities: expert verbal and written communicator.
• Creative thinker.
• Excellent network and influencer.
• You hold a degree in Communication and you are at the start of your career.
The role is based in Billund or London.
