Do you have experience working with procurement processes and systems? Would you like the opportunity to become our process and systems expert and partner with the procurement organisation to secure a strong systems platform? Use your insights to make a difference Your role will be to act as partner to the procurement organisation. To do so, you understand the needs of the organisation and utilise your functional expertise to ensure a strong procurement platform globally in collaboration with our global procurement organisation and other parts of the LEGO Group (Finance, Planning, IT, Controlling, etc.). You will use your insights and act as functional lead to secure progress in the projects and assignments, you participate in or execute on. Essentially, you: Secure a strong procurement process and system platform, predominately within the area of indirect materials and services Deliver deep procurement platform expertise and insight Be an active sparring partner within your field and continuously build an understanding of the needs of the procurement organisation globally Align cross-functional processes from a global business point of view Participate in or take the functional lead in system related projects throughout the LEGO Group A collaborative team culture Joining the Procurement Business Excellence team, you will experience a supportive and collaborative culture. We are based on different locations across the globe, and utilise this to discuss challenges and share knowledge that can help us to improve systems and processes globally. Experience from global procurement environment To succeed in this position, you need to be able to transform needs into procurement process supporting solutions. So, in particular you need to have insight into processes and system platforms within procurement combined with curiosity and end-to-end focus that enables you to deliver valuable sparring and essentially a strong procurement process and systems platform. Further, you enjoy working with people to create results for the customer regardless of who that might be.
