Digital Tranformation is a newly established and highly prioritized area for Novozymes anchored directly under the CEO. We are a project-based organization working on various digital initiatives across Novozymes with a very diverse and international team. We are offering a position as a student assistant at our headquarters in Bagsværd.
As an administrative student assistant you will have a very important role in supporting our Leadership Team as well as the rest of the department with administrative tasks. You will have a very broad portfolio of tasks as we are a very dynamic department with constantly changing needs. Your assignments will include building and maintaining SharePoint sites, booking meetings, planning and preparing for workshops and events, ensuring work stations are well-functioning, ordering office supplies, preparing PowerPoint presentations to different stakeholders. The average time commitment will be around 15-20 hours a week, most likely split on 2-3 days at our headquarters in Bagsvaerd.
In this position you need to:
- Be a Bachelor or a Master student in one of Danish educational institutions (creative background is preferred, but not required)
- Have a positive mindset and a proactive attitude towards new tasks
- Have very strong written and oral communication skills
- Have knowledge of Microsoft tools and a willingness to learn new systems and programs
- Be fluent in English
