We are a small, yet relentlessly ambitious team of 3 colleagues working on HR Business tasks in our headquarters in Bjerringbro. You become part of a group of motivated, dedicated and highly skilled colleagues and refer to Senior HR Business Partner Dennis Bartholomæussen. ”We are highly focused on delivering value for our business stakeholders and we have in our team a strong focus on sparring and collaboration, so you will never stand alone,” Dennis explains. What is the job about? As our new HR colleague, you are responsible mainly for two distinct areas. Firstly, a majority of your time will be devoted to your own HR Business Partner area. Thus, you are the one to drive the role towards our organisation. You work day will be characterised mainly by dialogue with managers and employees regarding different HR deliveries in the business partner area. This includes handling different HR cases, supporting the manager or employee and ensuring the results and further process are value adding. Moreover, you are part of executing the HR deliveries in a business area in a corporate context. Secondly, you take on a cross-functional role with a focus on the employee life cycle. Here, you handle the coordination of different tasks, collect relevant data and make sure information is communicated to the entire organisation. “Handling operational HR business partner tasks, your challenge will be to navigate in an international setup and balancing a business dialogue with cross-functional tasks. Also, you need to be able to spar with experienced and skillful managers while at the same time being firm enough to apply our general HR guidelines,” Dennis says. What do you need to apply? You have a master’s degree and possess a few years of experience with HR processes and disciplines. This enables you to understand the business and navigate in an international setup. You have the drive and desire to work on cross-functional as well as coordinating tasks, and you know how to spar with relevant stakeholders. You master the English language effortlessly both verbally and in writing. It is an advantage if you know Danish. “On a personal level, you are good at communicating, listening and pro-actively seek relevant information. You are a fast learner and can diligently execute your tasks,” Dennis finishes.
