Help us ensure compliance of our healthcare spend data

As Healthcare Compliance Data Analyst, you are a highly valued colleague, to our stakeholders; business end users, IT and finance stakeholders across the global LEO Pharma organisation, as well as to our compliance software vendor.

You will be our data steward and super user of the software solution related to the disclosure of financial data (transparency solution) provided to healthcare partners (physicians, hospitals, patients, patient organisations, etc.), where you will also be the driver of ensuring accuracy and completeness of this financial reporting. Your ability to troubleshoot data issues in IT systems and reports is a cornerstone in securing that our healthcare compliance processes and data are compliant with the industry requirements (e.g. EFPIA).

Your primary tasks are:

• To lead the collection, verification and submission of spend data paid out of HQ to our healthcare partners
• Ongoing monitoring of data in the transparency solution 
• To provide support to end users of the transparency solution, including handling data and system queries
• Ensuring a smooth coordination between end users, LEO IT support and our software vendor(s) in relation to the transparency solution
• To take part in the updates of the transparency solution including conducting UAT (User Acceptance Tests) 
• To act as our data protection focal point ensuring our systems and data are compliant with data protection requirements (GDPR).

A vital part of your job is to build and maintain good relations to both our internal and external stakeholders
 

Graduate with good communication skills

You have a university degree and ideally also some experience from the pharmaceutical industry working within a compliance function or working with financial data and/or with providing support to line of business on IT systems and/or financial reporting. You are curious to learn.

To succeed, you must be a good collaborator being able to understand business and finance processes and bridge these to system requirements and at the same time enjoy handling of data making sure these are accurate and complete. You drive results, and you can work independently and as part of a team. This takes analytical competences combined with a structured mindset and solid communication skills, in both spoken and written English.

As you will be working in a fast paced and everchanging environment you will need your prioritising skills, your ability to multitask and at the same time keep your high level of quality and sense of details. On the personal level, you enjoy delivering good service to stakeholders.

You will become part of Global Compliance & Risk - which covers Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Healthcare Compliance, Compliance Investigations, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Third Party Compliance, etc.

The Global Healthcare Compliance team is expanding and is looking for a new colleague to become our data specialist and system super user. Global Healthcare Compliance is the department responsible for the global processes and systems ensuring that the engagements between the LEO Pharma business and healthcare partners are transparent and compliant with the industry requirements.

You will join a very well-functioning team with 9 highly dedicated and skilled colleagues. We are based at the LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
