For our Global Procurement Organization in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) we are looking for a Methods and Process Specialist (MPS) who will define our process and methods globally within Service. As SGRE is a newly merged company this is a unique opportunity for defining world class methods and processes globally in Service.As an MPS Specialist you will be responsible for defining the methods and processes in close co-operation with our main stakeholders e.g , Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain and  Service Operations you and will also be responsible for the implementation and training in our regions.  

What are my responsibilities?

· Ensure implementation in the business units (BU) and specific guidance within the set corporate standards

· Seek for input from regions on requirements to ensure efficient set-up to support the business

· Facilitate the goals of the business units and regions with specific processes / instructions interfaces to strategic sourcing, operational procurement, project management / execution, platform, new product introduction, engineering change management, cost value engineering

· Set up and align on regional training (provide proper training and support to the regional and central teams)

· Participate in BU-specific internal audit (planning, preparation, participation, follow-up)

· Continuously seek for improvements in processes and systems to boost department productivity

· Gather and prepare internal and external information and provide it to the community to stay and keep others informed

· Ad hoc tasks 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· You have a relevant Bachelor or Master level

· You have 2-4 years of experience within Procurement (i.e. sourcing, supply chain management, supplier quality)

· You are an advanced user of MS Office and have a flair for IT systems in general.

· It will be an advantage, if you have basic knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP) logistics module

· You are a team player, goal oriented, self-driven and well-structured

· You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, both orally and in writing
