Join a core LEGO® Business unit and a team with ambitions to keep our growth momentum. In this role, you will lead leaders across markets, while you ensure that the renowned LEGO Brand maintains its strong profile with our many consumers. Set the direction for the impact of play As Head of Marketing in the Nordic/Benelux/Baltics business unit, you become part of the leadership team and represent us in the European Marketing Network. Moreover, you lead the marketing leadership team, who are dispersed across Denmark, Belgium, Riga and the Nordic markets. Based in either Billund, Denmark, or Brasschaat, Brussels, you take on the ultimate responsibility for our marketing efforts, including the execution of our consumer, trade and shopper marketing. Thus, your key responsibilities are to: Lead, build and motivate the marketing team, taking on people management responsibilities, allocating resources, building capabilities and motivating your team Define and implement our marketing strategy in collaboration with other team members and lead the organisation to follow through on execution Facilitate the execution of our critical marketing-related activities in our business plan as well as support the development and execution of strong customer and shopper marketing plans Collaborate broadly with Sales, Operations and European marketing colleagues in an environment where collaboration and stakeholder management are the keys to success Design, set and execute our business strategy to deliver on sales, profit and operational targets, as part of the Leadership Team Spark learning and achievement You lead a cross-country marketing organisation with about 40 team members in a core business unit, where you also influence our EMEA marketing agenda. Culturally sensitive marketing leader You succeed because you are able to prioritise resources, both from a financial and people perspective. This requires business acumen and the ability to align and prioritise to deliver the right business outcome. Being culturally sensitive, you understand the differences between markets, consumers and shoppers in the region. At the same time, you need to be a strong motivator, who can formulate and execute a leadership direction that stretches and motivates the marketing team to deliver outstanding and innovative results.
