About the department

A unique position as Global Project Manager in the Study Programmes Outcome Trials department, which is part of Global Medical Affairs, is open and we are looking for a candidate with experience within Project Management and Marketing/Communication and/or Clinical research. You will become a key member of a global team with experienced project managers from many different countries and backgrounds. Our team develops and implement supporting initiatives to ensure successful recruitment and retention of patients in our most important clinical trials.

 

The job
In close collaboration with team members, you will become responsible for the development and roll-out of patient recruitment and retention tools for affiliates and site staff to implement. You will get a chance to work with important advisory boards/expert panels and be part of executing other trial related meetings. Among other tasks will be the development and implementation of scientific communication and educational materials targeting both internal and external stakeholder.

At the global level, you will become a key contributor to global activities, ensuring that the programmes accommodate the needs and requirements of affiliates involved in the study. You will have an important role in terms of engaging with multiple and diverse cross-functional stakeholders and several external vendors. You will also take active part in key activities both at the global and local level. 20-40 travel days a year should be expected.

This position gives you an ample opportunity to influence our deliverables, enhance our processes and identify new ways of achieving goals.

 

Qualifications

You have a Master’s degree within business or science combined with minimum 3-5 years of work experience from the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in both global and local roles. You have great experience with planning projects and successful implementation. You have flair for developing and executing communication concepts, and experience from a pharmaceutical brand team is an asset.

 

As a person, you are energetic and like to challenge status quo while focusing on solutions and opportunities. You bring a good sense of humour to work even when pressure is on, and you thrive in a busy and changing environment. You are a team player and have a track record of successful collaboration and influencing multidisciplinary stakeholders from multiple countries. We expect you to have good communication and presentation skills as well as strong command of both written and spoken English.
