At Danfoss Refrigeration & Controls we are on the lookout for a skilled project management profile who can further lead and develop our global accounts organisation in programme and project execution across the organisation. You will be key responsible for the overall development, organisation and management of the global accounts business processes and programmes and assist the executive and global accounts board in regular reviews on customer progress. Strategy deployment, develop and manage common KPI’s program You report directly to the Vice President and will be part of and play an active role in the management team responsible for global accounts. Your mission is to assist Global Accounts Directors with strategy deployment and customer business cases and ensure focus on growth through customer satisfaction as lead contact and manager for coordination of improvement programmes across the entire Danfoss organisation. Other areas of responsibility will be to: •Develop and manage global revenue and reporting system for Global Accounts •Act as leader and liaison in the development of Salesforce.com CRM •Assist Global Accounts Directors in customer proposal development consistency •Attend various global account customer meetings as required to insure proper execution A significant amount of travelling must be expected as our customers are located around the globe. Substantial project management experience, persistence and communication You hold a track record displaying substantial experience in managing large projects on a global scale and strategy development and deployment. Besides, it is important that you have anchored a good deal of your experience in the climate & energy business or a similar technical environment. Your educational background is an Engineering degree or a commercial/economic degree. In addition, you have excellent presentation and communication skills, also in written and spoken English, which enable you to build relations across cultural and disciplinary boundaries. With your personal impact, you are good at motivating people around you.
