Job Description

Are you a strong marketer with a good understanding of technical products? If yes, then you could be our next Global Product Marketing Manager for Standard and Premium Products in Danfoss Drives.

Danfoss Drives is an Industry leader in developing, manufacturing and supplying AC drives. We are a global company that has a presence in over 100 countries, employing nearly 5000 people.

Global marketing with strategic thinking
As our new Global Product Marketing Manager you will report directly to the Head of Global Product Marketing and Strategic Pricing. You will have responsibility for all elements of product marketing for our Standard and Premium drives while executing Danfoss Drives’ marketing, segment and product strategies on a global scale.

Your role is central, and you will have extensive contact with sales, marketing, customers and partners.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Push and promote the products to customers
• Be the ambassador for Standard and Premium products – promote and build enthusiasm into the sales organization
• Driving product launches – planning, execution lead
• Participate in collecting feedback and requirements of products, services, tools and training
• Sales and marketing support for products
• Product marketing messages and materials
• Make the products marketing number 1 in the AC drives market
• Supporting global stakeholders
• Work in matrix organization with product management, regional marketing and service organization to ensure success

Expected competences:

• Technical degree, M.Sc., B.Sc. or comparable education
• Good AC Drives product knowledge and experience
• Knowledge with Air- and Liquid-Cooled and Common DC-bus applications is a plus
• Non-standard motor experience is preferable
• Wide overall technical understanding of LC drives and their applications
• Experience with project business is a plus and preferably from a multicultural working environment

Confident communicator, open to change

You will be confident, outgoing and excellent at building relations and networks. You must be an excellent communicator with people across all levels of an organization.  You will work in a multi-cultural environment, therefore your English needs to be excellent. Additional languages would be an advantage. Change management skills are crucial to this role as Danfoss is on a change journey – not just with our products, but also our mindsets.
