Global Launch Lead to drive affiliate launch readiness

About the department
The DCU Operations team is part of the Diabetes Commercial Unit, reporting to the Corporate Vice President (CVP). In the DCU Operations team, we are responsible for driving the global launch planning and executing within the global Diabetes Commercial Unit, working closely with the Global Brand teams, Affiliates and Regions.

The position
As our new Global Launch Lead, your main responsibility is twofold; Firstly, you will drive the planning and execution of launches within the Diabetes Commercial Unit portfolio. This includes processes such as the Launch Activity Plan (LAP), initial MAPA and medical planning, commercial kick-off and sign-off, L-6m assessment and post-launch assessment. You will be the one guiding support from HQ to affiliates as well as support and partner with HQ Brand teams, Medical Affairs and Market Access with ad hoc requests within each area of launch.
Secondly, you will be responsible for leading cross portfolio projects and analysis to drive decision making that supports maximizing the growth opportunities across the Diabetes Commercial Unit. This includes evaluating brand and market performance in order to identify key drivers, as well as leading projects to answer key strategic questions from senior management.

Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree within business, natural sciences or similar, and you have a minimum of+ 5 years of relevant experience working with marketing, commercial strategy, commercial effectiveness, or similar, preferably at both a global and affiliate level within the pharmaceutical industry.

As a person, you thrive in a busy environment and can manage multiple work streams in parallel. You are able to combine your strong commercial and analytical mindset with your outstanding stakeholder management skills to drive the success of our Global launch planning activities and affiliate launch readiness. Your strong interpersonal skills assist you in creating trustful relations with various stakeholders, and you have excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
