Do you have strong frontend programming skills and would you like to become part of a dedicated team that creates innovative and business supportive digital marketing elements? Does it sound like an appealing challenge to work on a multitude of different platforms and be a key sparring partner for your colleagues in the Sales and Marketing department?

Then you might be the new colleague we are looking for. You will work out of Oticon’s HQ in Smoerum - just outside Copenhagen. We have two open positions - a permanent position and a temporary position for approximately one year.

 

Delivering the best digital marketing elements

In your new job, you will work in the Shared Marketing Support group, which consists of approximately 35 highly dedicated and skilled colleagues. Together, we ensure efficient development, execution, production, and support of digital sales and marketing elements suited for both the B2B and B2C markets.

You can look forward to a wide portfolio of interesting and challenging tasks, but your primary area of responsibility will be frontend programming for our web-platform in e.g. HTML, CSS and Javascript with Sitecore as CMS. You will be sparring with your colleagues both when you challenge and elaborate on the needs and wishes from your internal clients and when you create the final solution.

 

Summed up you will be responsible for:

 

• Front-end programming through HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Keeping up to date with the newest trends and technologies in web development
• Choosing the right tools and frameworks to the task
• Integration with Sitecore
• Ensuring code quality and uniformity across projects
• Delivering frontend solutions in close corporation with 2 frontenders and 3 Sitecore backenders

 

The overall goal for your new job is to help deliver marketing, communication and sales support that enable our sales companies to deploy marketing and sales efficiently, making them able to understand, explain and sell our full solution – products and support tools – convincingly.

 

Strong frontend skills

In order to be a success in this position it is crucial that you have at least 5 years’ documented experience with advanced frontend programming (HTML, CSS, Javascript) – preferable in an international organization. Besides that, there are several ways into this position and we are open for applicants with different educational backgrounds and varying degrees of experience. However, it is an advantage if you have a degree from e.g. Computer Science or similar.

 

Furthermore you should be familiar with the following:
 

• Solid CMS experience
• Corporate setup for a long lasting web solution
• Various Javascript frameworks and libraries
• Peer-review processes
• Agile workflow with a Scrum Setup

 

On the personal level you have a passion for the process involved in turning concepts and ideas into content that gives a good user experience. You are service minded by nature and thrive when you help your internal clients turn their ideas into actual content.
