Vestas Financial business partner & project controller for Technology, Service and Solutions (TSS) As financial business partner you will join the department TSS Performance, which is part of Vestas’ Global Finance organization. The department is responsible for business partnering to the CTO and managing financial performance in TSS. You will take a business partner role towards the service engineering group driving performance and cooperating on service development project driving the financial agenda. Resposibilities: Ensure objective and transparent decision making by delivering excellent performance analysis & reporting to stakeholders Supporting Service & Plant Solutions with solid business cases as basis for sound decision making Support in the development of financial tools & process to automate and improve value add to the business Drive performance culture by challenging key stakeholders, and ensuring accurate data, forecasting and target setting Financial analysis, hereunder, variance reports, root cause counter measures, opportunity analysis, business cases and compliance Drive financial project review processes and provide proactive support and advice to stakeholders Support the continued effort to offshore relevant controlling activities, underpinning the transition to high end controlling and value adding activities in TSS performance team Maintain, improve and develop the right KPIs to drive performance culture Secure that financial processes are followed and in compliance with IAS regulations Perform ad hoc analyses based on requests from TSS or other relevant stakeholders Support in the development of portfolio tools allowing for commercialization of project priorities and driving portfolio accountability and performance management Be a valued and active part in the progressive development of the TSS finance department Qualifications: A relevant Bachelor or Master degree within Finance or equivalent 5+ years of senior finance experience within complex environment directly towards complex stakeholders Experience with R&D preferred but experience within other types of project controlling will also be considered Experience within Service delivery would be a plus SAP and SAP BW experience is preferred Competencies: Strong communication skills and ability to match senior stakeholders Strong ability to transform potential value chain impact of development projects into easily understandable key messages Strong analytical, structured and fact based approach Proactive, open minded and self-motivated Customer-oriented and the ability to understand the complete business value chain seen from a customer perspective Proactive, extrovert personality and ability to lead your surroundings with your communicative skills Strong business acumen as well as customer focused influencing skills Proven track record of demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment Naturally willing to do what is needed and not afraid to roll up sleeves in order to getting things done Dedicated team player who is willing to go the extra mile What we offer: We offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at the world’s leading wind turbine producer.
