Would you like to enable Finance to provide financial insight and challenge business decisions? Join us and become Financial Business Intelligence Consultant in Customers & Markets which is responsible for creating and managing a shared financial platform for financial reporting and analysis across Customers & Markets. The team's key objective is to create transparent and user-friendly Business Intelligence solutions for data-driven decision-making and financial reporting. The department is part of Customers & Markets which has 1600 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. We handle the production from our wind farms and oil and gas fields to energy exchanges and customers in Northern Europe, and we distribute electricity and natural gas to businesses and private customers in Denmark. You will be based at our office in Virum in the Greater Copenhagen area. Areas of responsibility As Financial Business Intelligence Consultant, you will be part of a skilled team of five ambitious specialists dedicated to realising Customers & Markets Finance's strategy through continuous development initiatives and ensuring quality in operations. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •create 'one truth' in the financial numbers by ensuring consistency in financial and operational data across IT systems and data models used in C&M Financial Reporting •develop, optimise and support financial reporting and planning solutions for Customers & Markets •participate in financial projects and change programs •define and maintain the master data governance process relevant to the governing business model. Your profile You have several years of experience, preferable from a major corporation or a consultancy firm, working with Business Intelligence and Financial Reporting. You are proficient in management accounting and used to translate business needs into data models and furthermore to create reports and data analysis. Specific experience with SAP BW, SAP BPC and Business Object is considered an advantage. You have strong collaboration skills, and you are highly motivated by creating results in close cooperation with stakeholders, meeting their needs while always having to prioritise transparency in data and a scalable reporting environment aligned with financial management models.
