Danfoss is looking for a strong FICO One ERP Consultant to join the Finance Area within our One ERP Program and (to) support Danfoss’ digital transformation. The Finance Area is a diverse group of 22 highly skilled employees. Here you will be a part of the dynamic Controlling team. As a FICO Consultant you will get a unique possibility/opportunity to influence and optimize user experiences, business processes as well as the job function itself. You will work closely together with colleagues in IT as well as in Line of Business where you will play a key role in implementing, developing and supporting SAP FI/CO processes globally. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include conducting analysis and developing specifications, designs and implementation of new process(es) or exceptions to existing processes, testing and documentation, training and supporting process experts and participating on projects within One ERP controlling.
 
The One ERP team is working out of Flensburg, Germany.
 
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you will need to have solid experience in controlling from similar positions, e.g. as Controller from a production company or a similar FICO role within the business.
 
Additionally, you will need:

• Strong SAP competences
• A strong/keen process understanding of a production company and business processes end-to-end
• Project experience and the ability to participate and contribute in small/mid-sized projects
• Knowledgeabl within Product Costing
• To identify as a strong communicator at all organization levels, a good listener and one who takes initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
• To be acclimated to – via dialog – finding the right solution in cooperation with stakeholders from Line of Business
• Fluent/fluency in written and spoken English
