Can you make things happen? We are growing our business and looking for a committed and trustworthy manager who is ready to engage in our business development and sales activities for one of our customers. Your responsibilities as a manager You will actin the heart of operations in a key position to one of our big and complex customers. You will manage a team of +20 engaged and customer obsessed Service Desk Agents who act as 1st line of support for the customer. You are responsible for the communication to the customer and other relevant stakeholders, internal as well as external, on daily operational issues. You take ownership of incidents and ensure the operation of our incident support. You are an active member of the Service Support Management Team and with them you share the common responsibility for developing the NNIT support offerings. You will refer to our Vice President. You will join our Service Support Center Our Service Support Center is global and we communicate daily with our colleagues in the Czech Republic as well as in China. We support and trust each other in the management team. Our working environment is very informal and we are good at inspiring each other. We are part of IT Operations Services responsible for everything from infrastructure and applications to complete orchestration and support of our customers’ IT solutions. Our work processes are based on best practice and our procedures follow ITIL standards (IT Infrastructure Library) Your qualifications and experience You hold a higher or middle range education and have profound knowledge within IT service management and call center or customer service experience. You are used to working with the ITIL processes and are ITIL certified v3. You thrive with the sense of urgency in our daily operational issues. You know how to lead a team and excel in building winning teams. You create a trustworthy and engaged relationship to the customer as well as to your employees and internal and external stakeholders. As a manager you have business sense and are a valued sparring partner for our customer. You are ambitious and committed. Furthermore, you are professional, outgoing and stand your ground when necessary. Last, but not least, you communicate fluently in English and preferably also in Danish (written and verbally).
