Join us, and become Manager in Network and Security within Infrastructure and Operations in DONG Energy IT. Infrastructure and Operation includes Datacentre, Service Management & Delivery, Service Desk, Client, SAP Basis and IT/OT (ICS). Network & Security has two main purposes: •Infrastructure architecture and project delivery – designs, cost cases and strategy development and implementation across departments within Infrastructure and Operation. •Supporting all processes, automation and monitoring across IT. The department is part of our Group functions which cover Group Support, Group Finance & Services and Group IT. In DONG Energy IT, we focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. You will be working at our office in Gentofte north of Copenhagen. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work between our locations in Virum north of Copenhagen and our headquarter in Skærbæk near Fredericia. Areas of responsibility Resource management and prioritisation of tasks according to overall targets. Advocate for processes and tools across IT. Participate in cross IT process and tool development and CSI. You will also be in charge of finances related to infrastructure and operation when creating business cases for projects and changes Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •coach and develop your three teams to optimise performance •ensure we have the right people to support all our areas of responsibility •communicate our values and culture to each employee in a comprehensible way which shows how each employee’s tasks will benefit us as an organisation •initiate and support good cooperation across departments in Infrastructure and Operation and IT •manage own budget and optimise the value/outcome. Your profile You hold a relevant degree and have a proven record of achievements in your field, preferably of ITIL processes and organisational change. We hope for, at least five years of management experience. Extensive IT experience – from both project management and operations and with a wide variety of HW and SW products. Experience with CISCO and global enterprise setup is preferable. As a person, you are outgoing and able to establish good relationships with your colleagues and other business partners. You are comfortable working in a dynamic and complex environment. Finally, you are empathic, have a high drive and are strategic as well as pragmatic.
