Digitalisation Consultant for the onshore wind business

Do you want to lead the digital transformation of our onshore wind farms?

 

Join us and become Digital Consultant in Onshore Digital where you’ll be responsible for aligning the onshore wind business strategies with the digital transformation in the organisation. Onshore Digital is part of a larger business engagement team of highly skilled digitalisation consultants. As Digitalisation Consultant, you’ll be responsible for leveraging technology to support the organisation’s future-state business capabilities and thus enable or alter business processes or practices that, in turn, drive our targeted business outcomes.

 

Your key tasks will be to

• support business and technology innovation that drives the organisation’s top and bottom lines
• engage key business stakeholders to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning
• collaborate with stakeholders involved in digital strategy and digital innovation to develop an IT investment roadmap
• review the organisation’s digital strategy and current approach to digital innovation
• consult with business-facing initiatives and maintain knowledge of their progress.

 

Furthermore, you must be comfortable using business architecture tools and techniques, including strategy on a page, strategic planning, business model canvas, disruptions and trends, balance scorecards, economical modeling, risks and interdependencies, process models, business capability modeling, ecosystems modeling, customer and user profiling, journey maps and human-centric design.

 

Your competences include that you

• have a master’s degree in business, economy, information technology or similar
• have extensive experience with strategy formulation and/or translation, business analytics and program management
• have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks
• speak and write English fluently
• thrive in an international environment and are able to create good relationships with your stakeholders.

 

In addition, you have a consulting mindset and excellent communication and presentation skills that allow you to communicate, influence and persuade both business and IT leaders as well as peers. Moreover, you utilise business architecture to agitate and initiate action and challenge others via business designs and solutions, which drive requirements to the operational and organisational structures of the business.
