Enable the LEGO Brand to stand out Based in Brasschaat, Belgium, you support the Sales Organisation in the Benelux region by optimising the digital presence and performance of the LEGO® Brand and product range. Here, you deliver best in class online - and omni-channel -shopper and consumer experiences in line with the overall strategy, which we aim to execute on digitally. Working across channels for all Benelux accounts, your tasks are primarily operational and include: Ensuring content and web pages are updated in terms of new products, campaigns, activities and legal wording Driving the execution of the activation plan throughout all touchpoints, including digital solutions, instore solutions, web, mobile and e-marketing Ensuring that we comply with the LEGO E-commerce guidelines and rulebook for digital presence Sharing best practices across the Sales Organisation Creativity, learning and fun The LEGO Culture is famous for creativity, learning and fun, so you will be encouraged to use your digital expertise and creativity systematically to deliver on your responsibilities. Digital native, who is ready to execute Obviously, you are completely at home in the digital retail landscape and have an understanding of the dynamics of e-Commerce and omni-channel solutions as well as new shopper acquisition channels. But to be a success in this position, you must also be a team player, utilising your strong collaborative and interpersonal skills to support your colleagues. Moreover, you: Hold a master’s degree in Business Administration, IT or equivalent, focusing on digital or e-Commerce Have a couple of years of experience working digitally at either a web agency, digital department in a large, global company or other relevant experience Are able to lead the LEGO Digital agenda in a customer oriented organisation Have excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, with the ability to explain complex matters in an accessible manner – knowledge of French is a strong asset Bringing it to life "Being a digital merchandiser in the LEGO Benelux area means hard work, great fun and lots of opportunities to grow as a person," says Koen Steurbaut, Senior Sales Director.
