Welcome to the team
You will be employed in the digital team of our Shared Marketing Support department, consisting of approximately 50 highly skilled and specialized employees. Here we ensure efficient development, execution, production, and support of marketing and communication activities to the business. We have an informal and creative atmosphere where respect is pivotal. We support each other and constantly share feedback and ideas to continuously improve. 

We are in a digital transformation process with the ambition to enable an always-on presence that delivers a targeted, personalized and automated customer experience across platforms. We have an omni-channel approach, and our overall ambition is to empower our target group to take the next step towards better hearing, by delivering the right message to the right person in the right channel at the right time.

 

Content is king

In this role you main responsibility is to design and create graphical content for our digital channels. You use your perspectives, ideas and insights in various challenging tasks. We trust and value your professionalism and expertise and look forward to seeing it come into play in our team, so we can continue to apply industry best-practice and educate the organization as a whole.
 

You will participate in different project teams, where you will work closely together with Global Brand and Channel Managers, Digital Designers, Copywriters and Developers to tell good stories and implement the best creative solutions.

Your areas of responsibility will be to:

• Design and create graphical content for different digital channels and formats, e.g. paid search, social media, SEO/SEM, articles for websites, etc.
• Design and create graphical content based on various insights, e.g. keyword research, consumer insights or media monitoring tools
• Ensure visual coherence and CVI in material across elements/tools/channels
• Design and maintain digital elements and templates
• Analyze graphical content trends to apply industry best practice to keep us updated as well
• Create SEO/SEM

 

What we are looking for?
To be successful in this job, you are good at developing conceptual graphical elements for various digital marketing channels, and you quickly understand different target groups. Graphical content is your main driver, you are a strong communicator, and good at building strong relationships with key stakeholders in our matrix organization. 

You thrive in a dynamic organization where things run fast and the journey from idea to execution is often short. You possess a proactive approach and apply sound reasoning to your tasks. 

We are open to different educational backgrounds, but we would like you to have gained experience in: 

• Creating visual, graphics, animations and video content for digital channels

• Working with consumer journey and omni-channel content production
• Video production
• Taking initiative and following through on effective digital campaigns
• Translating complex tech into simple content
