Data Analyst for The LEGO Agency
Are you ready to help LEGO strengthen its data competitive advantage? Do you want to work for an enthusiastic and ambitious international team working on data analytics projects for the LEGO Group? This is your chance to help set a direction for our global data strategy.Analytics and Search Strategy is a department of the LEGO internal marketing Agency focused on communication efficiency, findability of LEGO content and making the creative process more data driven. We need your knowledge and skills in data analytics to help us build useful data products to optimise our campaigns.
Your specific tasks include:
- Help define the Analytics Strategy for the LEGO Agency
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across a wide range of channels (online and offline, first party and third party)
- Collaborate with Data engineers to oversee data ingestion in our Big Data Platform
- Assemble data products (statistical models, data visualizations, ETL process, reporting tools…) to analyze performance and support the data driven culture
- Share the results of your work with a wide range of stakeholders (from marketing to creative background) to improve advertising strategy and the creative process
You can expect up to 10 travel days a year to collaborate with other teams in regional hubs (London, Enfield …) and external partners.

Do you have what it takes?
- We envisage you have 3 + years of experience working in data analytics
- You likely have worked within a consulting agency, start-up or International company
- It is expected you will have previously setup measurement frameworks for marketing activities, worked on data ingestion projects and multi-source analyses
- Your technology experience includes R/Python, SQL and experience in using APIs. Knowledge in digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, SEO tools etc.) and Hadoop is a plus.
- Strong English skills both written and spoken are essential.
