Our challenge – your opportunity
You will join us at our headquarters in Ballerup (Copenhagen) and form part of the Supply Chain & Manufacturing team that also oversees the build-up of an excellent master data management structure.
In this newly created role, you will be responsible for forming and implementing the master data strategy. As such, you will build and own the data governance processes, create transparency in our data flows and make sure that stakeholders are supported and informed across functions of Finance, Product Management, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Development. You will support your colleagues and external stakeholders on all master data management matters and questions that may arise.
You will:
- Implement and continuously improve our master data strategy
- Create an information model to be used as standard
- Develop and implement data principles, policies and processes based on business needs
- Debug data interchanges and support on master data issues
- Support and implement data sources upon business needs
- Be the single point of contact to subject matter experts in our mother company
- Support day-to-day operations
- Work to improve and secure data quality

Putting our data into a system is new to Sennheiser Communications, and you will therefore get the opportunity to shape the future direction of the Master Data Management for the global organization.
In the long term, you will be a part of the start-up and running of a new Master Data management strategy across our critical systems of ERP, PIM, CRM. Overall, this position holds a lot of space for you to grow professionally in an international environment where you combine data, people and technology! We have very experienced Data Management experts at our mother company, who we spar with intensively – and they are ready to help you become a success with us, too.
Your qualifications
To thrive in this position, we imagine you to:
- have a background working with data management within a global organisation
- be comfortable with familiarizing with big data sets and assigning a structure to them
- have an analytical mindset, enabling you to connect the dots between users, data and business processes
- have effective communication skills in English
You are proactive by nature and understand the value of well-planned processes combined with high data quality provided at the right time in the right place. You are furthermore comfortable working with hands-on operational tasks such as preparing data extracts and providing day-to-day support to colleagues and customers.
