Falcon.io is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Specialist to support the Customer Experience(CX) Teams with delivering an excellent experience to our customers. You will be the driving force behind process optimisation, strategic projects and enabling the team to work with the latest technologies and tooling. A lot of focus will be on setting out the perfect customer lifecycle and support the department with data driven decisions.

You will be joining the Commercial Operations team (CommOps) which is a cross departmental unit with experts working on strategy, commercial tooling, BI, Sales, CX, and Marketing operations. Even though we’ve probably surpassed the point of being able to still call Falcon.io a startup, we’ve retained our startup ethos of encouraging autonomy, ambition, boldness and experimentation. Working in this kind of environment is a very rewarding choice, but it also requires a certain personality. What you'll do:

    • Be the point of contact for the CX team regarding anything related to Commercial Operations
    • Own all processes within the Customer Related Departments and continuously be looking for ways to improve these.
    • Assist in setting the objectives and targets and monitor performance.
    • Support all relevant tooling supporting the Customer Experience Teams, including some of the most modern Artificial and Business Intelligence tooling.
    • Report on our main customer metrics and make sure the underlying data is correct.
    • Work on optimising the ideal customer life cycle and incorporate this in the day-to-day work of the CX Department.
    • Facilitate a great and efficient collaborations between CX and other departments.

What you have:

    • An interest in processes and the use of the latest technology 
    • A proactive, energetic nature and the ability to work with people from across the organization
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • An eye for numbers
    • A team player mindset and the motivation to become a valuable contributor
    • English to a native fluency level but other languages are a plus
    • Relevant degree and/or professional qualification within business or technology and ideally experience with process improvements and tooling.
