The platform team is a member of the customer management relationship capability in Danfoss group IT. Danfoss group IT is a global organization, consisting of more than 400 employees around the globe.
As the new CTI Consultant in the platform team, you will be a member of a global team securing that the Customer Service Centers in the regions are giving our customers the best experience possible by utilizing the platform to its full extent. Thereby you will help Danfoss to continue growing and have a direct impact on our balance sheet. This position includes travelling occasionally.
This requires that you are have a customer-oriented mindset, and always looks at the upcoming task with an outside in point of view. That you are mastering the English language in both written and spoken, thereby being able to transform the customer requirements into a clear specification who can either be implemented by you or our vendor. As the right candidate you have knowledge about contact center solutions, preferably from New Voice media from a previous employment and it would be an advantage to have knowledge about salesforce or Skype for Business/Cisco. Education within IT is seen as an asset.
Your daily task will consist of supporting the CTI solutions already implemented, support future rollout and other enhancements. You will work in close corporation with our vendor to solve issues and take part in taskforces together with other departments in Danfoss Group IT.
- Transform the business requirements into the clear specification, on which we can build the solution
- Solve incidents and Service request regarding the contact center solution
- Take part in taskforce to solve problems
- Support the rollout of new regions, acquisitions
- Make certain that we utilize the CTI platform in the best possible way at the same time secure that it is done in a secure and reliable way.
