Do you love to nerd out Google Analytics and are you an expert in Tag Manager? Do you want to work with some of Denmark’s largest webshops and dive into CRO and AB tests? We are growing in our analytics team and thus we are looking for a skilled CRO specialist who will be responsible for translating findings into ROI overviews and clear recommendations for some of Denmark’s largest companies.

We develop e-commerce solutions on the market's most complete software platform, Bizzkit, which handles complex product data, rich digital asset management, content management and classic e-commerce functions.  

We offer our customers strategic guidance when it comes to digital marketing, and are hands-on in relation to traffic analysis, conversion, benchmark, SEO and more. We pull together as a team and work closely with our UX design team on analysis of customer behaviour and user insights. You will get the opportunity to practice traffic sources and demographics, and work extensively with CRO, basket size and bounce rate. In addition, we have a finger on the pulse when it comes to new releases, new sites and changes in customer behaviour. Here, you will put your skills in A/B/n testing into play, with the purpose of bringing valuable insights to our customers regarding business optimization and not least user experience.   

You will become part of a dynamic workday in our analytics team, that currently consists of an Analytics Manager, an E-commerce Analyst and a Technical SEO Specialist. Your primary tasks:

• Analysis of data, collecting findings across different customers/benchmarking.
• A/B/n test.
• Status reports with analysis of traffic and conversions to our customers.
• Guidance and recommendations of conversion optimization for our customers.
• Configuration and use of Tag Manager in collaboration with developers.  

Who are you? 

There is more than way into this position, but we expect you to have a relevant higher education. The most important thing, though, is that you have experience from a similar position where you have worked with a range of different tools from Google. We expect you to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. You are an experienced user of GA, Optimizely, Visual Website Optimizer or other A/B testing tools. If you have experience with Enhanced E-commerce, Google Data Studio and Search Console, you are ahead on points.  

You are motivated by working with online marketing and digital business, and your passion clearly shines through. Therefore, you are also at the forefront of the latest technologies and able to translate data into clear recommendations.
