Are you a strong CRM expert who takes lead and thrives working in a dynamic, integrated IT / business team close to end users and value creation?

Does it come natural to you to engage with various people and translate the business requirements into solution designs that allow our agile DevOps team to create the best possible solutions for our Marketing Intelligence department? If yes, you might be the right fit for this position!

Taking the lead and securing cross-functional cooperation

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Scrum master, UX designer and business colleagues to design and build high quality Marketing Resource Management (MRM) solutions for Marketing planning and follow-up – a SAP CRM platform with integration to ECC and BI systems as well as external Media Agency system.

Moreover, you will act as a CRM functional expert which means to:

• translate business requirements into solution design and specifications to developers

• customize the MRM solution

• test new functionality and markets

• investigate operational errors

Besides these tasks you will also Support integration with other systems – e.g. ECC and BI including BPS, as well as support roll-out to additional markets.

This role gives you the opportunity to be part of a community of technical experts who define and set technical direction for Global Marketing applications, working hard to build awesome solutions for planning and follow-up on marketing activities, marketing budget and marketing activity performance. You will thus have the opportunity to help maximize the value of marketing activities across the LEGO Group.

You will be part of the B2B Technology team who is responsible for designing, building and maintaining IT solutions for LEGO employees managing orders, commercial planning, marketing planning and follow-up, and servicing our partners and customers. We are organised in agile product line teams with end-to-end responsibility for our solutions, and we collaborate closely with the teams that drive the B2B strategy and it’s execution for the LEGO Group.

• Are proficient in English.

On a professional level, we imagine that you have experience from an agile setup and have the following competencies:

• Some years of experience working with SAP CRM as a functional consultant

• Experience with CRM web UI

Furthermore, it is considered an advantage if you also have experience with:

• SAP ABAP development
• SAP TPM and/or MRM
• SAP Fiori
