We're SYBO ‒ a mobile game studio in the heart of Copenhagen, striving to craft meaningful experiences that can be enjoyed by everyone no matter their skill. It takes all kinds of talents to bring this vision to life, and right now we’re looking for a Creative Lead to join our Marketing team.

This is a unique chance for you to have an impact on a leading mobile game studio while working with highly passionate colleagues. We love to inspire each other and we are very ambitious of what we do.

Therefore we trust you with great responsibilities such as:

  • Leading the creation of performance marketing ads for various mobile networks and social media channels
  • App Store Optimisation of all of our self published abstractJV_titles, from concept phase to ongoing management
  • Responsible for analysing competitor activity via tools such as App Annie and doing other extensive market research
  • Building a Performance Marketing Creative team you can lead going forward

 

REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in this role we believe you should have the following:

  • Strong understanding of the mobile games market place, the funnel between ads, app store page and the product
  • Ability to devise a long-term creative strategy, that is easily adaptable and can be pivoted based on the results seen
  • Creative quality control and understanding of the basics in performance marketing creative engagement and KPI's
  • Experience working with externals, especially creative agencies
  • A strong analytical skillset that can marry creative and analytics together
  • Strong art background to help out the production if needed
  • Experience with managing a team
  • A friendly and trustworthy personality who is confident and business savvy
