Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Continuous Improvement Expert to facilitate, support and drive continuous improvement activities through the entire process chain. You will act as a partner to manufacturing and supply chain leaders to ensure optimizing quality, delivery, cost, motivation and cash flow, along the entire value chain. It will be your responsibility to foster a culture of sustainable change by applying LEAN and SIX SIGMA methodology creating impact across all KPI’s delivering world class products to customers every time.

Skills and background
To be considered for this position, we focus on the following skillset:

 

• Bachelor's degree within Engineering, Business or similar
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt
• Experience and excellent understanding of value stream mapping
• Managerial experience in a manufacturing environment in a large- or medium-sized company
• Able to take accountability for ideas from inception to delivery, in an environment that requires robust metrics to confirm success
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to connect with and coach and train people at all levels
